RTX 3070..Still stutters

What is going on with this game i truly love, more than a year after lunch and still stutters like crazy at some stages like some at corsica and montecarlo.. Please codies try fix it once and for all.. any advices on settings people?

    It will never be fixed, trust me. I'm in the same boat, after 1.5 years the game still struggling with the stutters. I tried everything, and still my game have stutter problem. AC, ACC, LMU they are work fine, without any issue.
