Stages are flickering black after new GPU 9070XT

I changed from 3080 to 9070XT, installed the drivers and everything and the ground keep flickering black for some reason. I tried to play around with all of the settings but nothing works. Some help ...

Can confirm to have the same problem as described and shown in the video. In my case I switched from a 7900XT to a 9070XT so AMD to AMD. I only noticed it on gravel stages so far.
