Stages are flickering black after new GPU 9070XT

I changed from 3080 to 9070XT, installed the drivers and everything and the ground keep flickering black for some reason. I tried to play around with all of the settings but nothing works. Some help ...

Confirming on my 9070XT too. Tried the latest driver released on 3/20 and the problem still persists. Also confirming that it only appears on gravel stages.
