WRC 24 Game Not Appearing in EA App After Epic Games Purchase

Hello

I recently purchased WRC 24 through Epic Games, but the game does not appear in my EA App library, and I am unable to download it. I have confirmed that my Epic Games account is properly linked to my EA account, and other games such as Need for Speed Unbound are appearing and accessible without any issues.

I believe there might be an issue with the WRC 24 game not being correctly linked to my EA account. Could you please assist in ensuring that the game is properly recognized and linked to my EA App account?

    I just wanted to highlight that no one has abandoned you. Unfortunately, I don't have new info to bring you. This issue was escalated to the team and it is being investigated.

    I understand your frustration and I know this is not an ideal situation. I'll come back as soon as I have something to share.

    EA_GroguetUnfortunately, it's hard to believe that we're not abandoned considering that it's going to be 3 months since we've been able to play the game we paid to access. You never respond to us with a deadline or any answer that your customers can rest assured about. Just a vague response that you will get back to us when you have answers. 

    Please help your community, it's unfair what's happening that we're losing money like this.
