2 tick intervals for controller ALC setting major bug

When you go to alc settings instead of every tick going up by one it goes up by 2 which is a major issue for me because my settings reset after getting a new PC and now I cant use my odd number settings so instead of using 145 as my settings in alc I have to use either 144 or 146 I contacted support and they said it wasn't supposed to work like this so here I am to fix it. this bug only is for alc controller settings every time you tune it, it goes up by 2 and not 1 which it should.
