6th Anniversary prize tracker - Didn't receive (can't equip) a reward

Hi. Yesterday I finished 6th Anniversary prize tracker, but didn't receive (can't equip) last two rewards:

  • Green screen (Valkyrie skin)
  • Fun-damentals (Universal banner)

Despite check marks they are not available to equip. As an example (Screenshot_983) Wallflower (Newcastle skin) is received and available to equip.

Came back today and the last rewards are still not available.

Respawn, please fix. :)

  • Tried to contact help.ea again, since I've noticed a topic from Community Manager: How to get help with missing packs, coins, or content in Apex Legends? | EA Forums - 12465126

    Waited almost an hour for a queue. Been quickly bounced between two advisers. Honestly felt that we've been finally going somewhere with this case.

    At the end I've been hit with default response to create a topic at EA forums and that Help.ea can't do nothing to escalate or highlight this issue to upper support lines.

    What a complete utter charade of a support. My disappointment is yet again immeasurable.

    Note: I won't be able to directly help since I don't work for EA or for Respawn, (but I will get this reported again if it wasn't already).

    In-game nickname is the same as in Steam: {AZC} ArgulKit.
    (Can be seen in one of the screenshots).

    EA ID: ArgulKit
    (Linked with Steam account)

    Not a lot of players reported such cases, but there a few other threads with similar issue.

    Would be great if someone actually looked into this issue, since Customer Support, from my previous experience, doesn't have access or means to escalate this issue to other Support lines or Dev teams.

    From my understanding, such small cases almost never reach responsible support / Dev teams.

    In advance, unhappy 1 year anniversary of this issue. :'(

    Can confirm. The missing rewards are finally in my collection.

    Thank you very much!

    Although it is rather bittersweet that it took almost 1 year for a fix and customer support couldn't be of any help on this matter. :'(

    I think it's rather embarrassing that Punchs legacy is scuffed, even if he longer plays Apex Legends.
