I have reached 5500 points for the anniversary rewards but I realized the items are not checked and for the past two days I can not progress and it will not give me my rewards. There is no point in playing if I can't get the stuff I earned and it isn't going to progress either way. I have tried on steam, EA app, and console and they are all stuck. I even reinstalled apex and that didn't help either

I completed the missions that were updated after the 21st, but I didn't get any points and skin.I’ve been experiencing this problem since Wednesday the 19th. I’ve been stuck at 3500 points out of 6000. I contacted ea and they wanted me to comment and upvote here. Like I said in my email it’s very disheartening when you don’t really play the game as much as you used to only to get on during vacation to play the 6th anniversary event because your a casual player and not a professional. There isn’t anything to keep us around anymore.. the only complaints that get answered quick are the pros. Event ends in 8 days… not all of us are content creators and stream the game.
