I have reached 5500 points for the anniversary rewards but I realized the items are not checked and for the past two days I can not progress and it will not give me my rewards. There is no point in playing if I can't get the stuff I earned and it isn't going to progress either way. I have tried on steam, EA app, and console and they are all stuck. I even reinstalled apex and that didn't help either

Same， stuck at 5,000 points!
Because I had already committed to buying the remaining 28-ish packs after I earned the initial 5-6 and didn't want to lose those to a bug, I already got the mythic shards... Will I still receive more packs, and if so, is it more mythic shards or do I only get the 1 pack with shards and no other shards now that I completed it?
Was stuck at 4500 for about a week, now I'm stuck at 5000 on the last day. Hoping we can get the rewards added retroactively or something, because I did want those cute stickers.

I have this same issue, didnt get the last banner and valkyrie skin even though I had 6000 points.
Same, I was stuck at 3500 for a while. Had no idea where I was in points but just kept collecting them until the last day, so should be passed 6k.
