I have reached 5500 points for the anniversary rewards but I realized the items are not checked and for the past two days I can not progress and it will not give me my rewards. There is no point in playing if I can't get the stuff I earned and it isn't going to progress either way. I have tried on steam, EA app, and console and they are all stuck. I even reinstalled apex and that didn't help either

I've got stuck points as well 😞 hopefully there will be a fix or at least the rewards given after, I would hate to miss out on the Valk skin 😭. The community collaboration for the anniversary events has always been my favorite part!

We're aware some players aren't gaining progress on their Anniversary Event Prize Track even after completing challenges. We're working on a fix for this and will ensure players get their rewards. Stay tuned for additional updates!
I'm stuck at 2500 points zero have points jave been added in a few days. I keep playing and completing all the challenges I can and getting nothing in return. Been experiencing this four about 5 days now.
Same problem here! Stuck at 4500 points and no more progress. EA better fix this since there are only 6 days left. I really need the rewards!
