This issue is still happening and its honestly frustrating. On top of just not having anything I've collected since Season 0 not being there, the support is little to none and they just say keep playing and waiting. I don't know if that works since it hasn't so far and there hasn't been any update from the EA side on the cases I've submitted for this issue.
