My ps5 will not open apex on my main account that I use, many others are having this problem too after yesterdays update (may 13th 2026) not sure what’s going on but you open the game it flashes purple and it crashes. Not sure what’s to do I’ve restarted, rebuilt my data base, deleted and reinstalled. Done all from A-Z, I’ve seen one post on TikTok about it but that’s it
I am having the same issue on Nintendo Switch 2. Today I signed in with another Nintendo Account and it let me open the game. Did we get banned by mistake? I checked my history of violations on the website EA and it says I am not banned.
Hi. I don't work for EA, but there is something that worked for me. I found solution on reddit, if you are on Playstation to go settings, saved data and delete saved data for apex legends, the. you should be able to start the software. It worked for me on Switch 2
