Bag for this game

The voice chat in Apex Legends is not working for me. I’ve already tried everything: checking the console settings, resetting the console to factory settings, and making sure all in-game audio settings are set to maximum with voice chat enabled.

My microphone and headset are working properly — I tested them on different devices.

What should I do in this situation? Because without communication with teammates, the game is not enjoyable.
