(BUG) Unable to play Ash

I can't play the Ash. I've unlocked the Ash and all legends in the game. I was searching about this through forums, and actually found out that it was happening to other players too. One of the players who had this issued said that he was unable to play the Ash for 2 seasons. Please fix this issue, because I can't even play the legend which I've unlocked, while the others can, and this is a very unpleasant bug in the game.
