Crossprogression Error, PS4 -> Steam.
Hi everyone, I am posting here as instructed by an EA support agent to report my Cross Progression issue.
I used to play Apex Legends on PS4 and PC (Steam). For quite a long time now i have only been playing on steam.
Both platform accounts are linked to the same EA account. However, my PS4 cosmetics, skins, and progression have never shown up on PC despite the accounts being correctly connected years ago.
I reached out to EA Support about this, but the first agent I spoke with did not provide a proper resolution and ended the interaction without any clear next steps. I then contacted support again, and the second agent instructed me to report the issue here so it can be looked into further.
I would really appreciate it if someone from the team could review my account and help get this sorted out. Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.
