Easy anticheat wont let my game work?????

Hey so iv had to factory reset my pc multiple times because of easy anti cheat not launching with the game or something first 2 times i reset my pc was because it wouldnt initialize and now it says easy anticheat "the client is not running the anti cheat or has failed the anti cheat authentication" and i dont know how to fix it. Please help i just want to play the game, iv tried verifying game files on steam, iv tried reinstalling and now i just think that easy anticheat messed with my pc to the point where i cant boot any game with it. PLEASE move to a different anticheat or something man because it doesn't even work
