Fuses Knuckle clusters

Fuses knuckle cluster are no longer sticky. They bounce off enemies (which is the whole point of the tact) and they don’t stick to doors. This makes his kit almost unusable since I’m not able to even push without taking damage from my own abilities but now I’m being even more punished for being accurate. Please fix this. This would essentially make my favorite character unplayable
