I CANNOT DEPOSİT APEX COİN

I'm trying to top up my Apex Coin account during the 7th annual special event. I made my first withdrawal of $99.99, but I'm getting a "stabbing" confirmation on Steam for the second withdrawal. I can't withdraw through my Steam account; the in-game currency is frozen. Please help, I want to own it.
