i can't move to another tab from play tab and challenge is not recorded.

プレイタブから別のタブに移動できません。
たとえば、プレイタブからイベントタブ、パスタブなどです。
また、チャレンジの進行状況が録されません。
バトルパスを購入したのであと数日、このシーズンのうちにクリアしたいのですが、できません。
再起動を試み、再インストールし、チャットサポートにも尋ねました。(ここを紹介されました)
しかしなお、問題は解決していません。
解決方法を教えてください。(PS5を使っています)

i can't move to another tab from play tab.
for exanple, play tab to event tab, to pass tab and so on.
And the progress of the challenge is not recorded.
I want to complete it in a few days since I have purchased the Battle Pass, but I can't.
i tried to restart,reinstall and asked to chat support.
but there is issue on my game.
Please tell me how to solve it. (i always play APEX on PS5)

    Just now, I suddenly have access to all tabs...!!

    I would be very happy if you could do something for me.

     Regardless, thanks a million for responding!

    I want to stay alert and finish the battle pass as soon as possible! lol

    i see...

    I bought a pass and am almost done, so it would be a sad if I can't finish it in time for the end of the season.

    I can still play matches (e.g. Ranked, Mixtape).

     So, I'm playing ranked now, but should I not?

    Thanks for that detail and the other information you've already provided!

    This particular issue with challenges appearing inactive is one we've seen appear very rarely in the past. We'll pass this along to try and be replicated, but unfortunately there wouldn't be any other steps to try in the meantime if the console troubleshooting below did not solve this.

    The bar of daily challenge section is marked as "inactive."

    Hey Sei95_TxC,

    If you've already reinstalled Apex itself without any change, there are some further troubleshooting steps that may help out as well. Please give these a shot!

    • Check for updates to your system software.
    • Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
    • If you're using an external hard drive, try installing Apex on the internal drive instead.
    • Restore the licenses for your system.
