Impossible to play any mode

On PC, using EA app, I cannot play Apex in any mode. For example, in Fire range, all red icons on the right appear and cannot move; all the modes are the same, not able to move, freeze, etc. This is since the last update. Checked my internet, all good. Repair twice, still the same. Sometimes I get an error: "Connection to the server lost," something like that.  What can I do on my side to be able to play? Many times after trying, the app crashes or freezes in the lobby for a minute or 2
