Items not appearing from code redemption

In-Game Name: vXource

Hey all! So after 2 EA Customer Service reps and hours of mind-numbing and repetitive explanation, it seems they cannot assist me and now I am here. The issue is with a code I have redeemed on Microsoft/Xbox. The code is for the Founder's Bundle and was redeemed successfully. All the items, save the 2,000 Apex Coins, are showing up on my Xbox. However, when I swap to PC, either EA or Steam, the only item showing up is the badge. The legend skins & frames for Wraith/Gibraltar/Bloodhound, the legendary Hemlok Skin, and the 2,000 coins are not appearing on any other platform except for the Xbox, where all aforementioned items DO show up, except the coins. I redeemed the code on 1-27-2026 and saw the items in-game on my Xbox the following night around 7PM. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling on all platforms, verifying file integrity on all platforms, and even equipping the items on my Xbox to see if they would appear on other platforms. The latter of the 3 was what shocked me; all of the skins and frames equipped simply reverted back to the Default variant when I swap to other platforms. Then, going back to the Xbox, the items are still equipped and showing as available. It's been so frustrating trying to figure this out but I believe it has to be some odd flaw with the Cross-Progression syncing. I am more than willing to provide the redemption code and the order number from Microsoft/Xbox in order to verify the integrity of my purchase. Hopefully this gets resolved soon and someone from the Developer Team can assist me. I don't believe it to be an operator error but if so, enlighten me and educate me. Otherwise, I apologize if this is an inconvenience or was poorly explained but I did my best to simplify the issue at hand.

    vXource​ Hmm, I'm not sure about the Champion Edition, however if that is showing up as being platform specific, (but it is active across all your platforms), then that sounds more like a bug to me.

    Then what about the Champion Edition? Does that also fall under the Legend Editions? I have had that for a long time and it's available on all platforms, even with Google reading the same thing for both the Founder's Edition and Champion Edition with how the items are platform tied. Even still, shouldn't I have the coins from the Founder's Edition? Those aren't accessible across any platform, even Xbox where the code was redeemed.

    vXource​ Luckily for the Legend Editions, those aren't locked to a platform, (which I can confirm as the ones I've bought on my PC are showing up on my Switch).

    I can't remember, but I think those ones would show up across your other accounts, you just couldn't equip the items, (either that, or it was only a select few PlayStation items that were exclusive to PlayStation).

    Do you mean the extra content that was released alongside a season that usually included a legend unlock, a skin for that unlocked legend, and Apex Coins?

    If you are, those ones also aren't platform specific.

    Also, in years prior, the PS+ items are available on my account across all platforms as well as the special editions for the seasons way back in the early teens of seasons.

    See I would think that too but in months prior, I redeemed a code on my Nintendo Switch for the Gibraltar Edition and it's on all my accounts/platforms. In fact, right after redemption, I logged onto my PC and everything was there.

  • vXource​ From what I remember about the Founder's Edition is that this particular edition was platform specific.

    What that means is that even after Cross Progression, the items from this edition that were redeemed on your Xbox are locked to your Xbox, (that would be why when playing on other platforms, the legends are in their default skins despite having the skins selected on Xbox).

    As for providing the redemption code and the order number, that's isn't necessary as EA Support is usually able to review what was redeemed on the account in most cases, however since this one is platform locked, they won't be able to assist.

    Other platform locked items include:

    • PlayStation specific items
    • Nintendo Switch Pathfinder skin
