Lobby glitch

Hello, I have an individual account bug on my account, thats been here for 6 days now. There are a couple other people online with this same glitch, and they say it's a "login server routing issue" and that cannot be fixed on my side.  Ive tried EVERYTHING.  It will only let me play the game. It won't access the store, legend locker, passes, event or my wallet.  I can buy coins (and I have) but I can't see the money or use it because it's bugged so badly. I've also bought the battlepass, but since it's bugged it's stuck on lvl 26 and will not move. I've put in ALOT of time and money in this game.  I would like to be able to access everything in Apex.
