Lost 543 RP When I wasn't playing. Time-stamped Screenshots.

Apex bug where I lost 543 rank points overnight. Please see the screenshots. I only wanted to get to diamond IV and now Im having to do it over -- I solo queue so this is not a simple thing and honestly I try not to take it too seriously. But this is very, very unsettling.

 

Could we get a response or a fix?

    This was our most recent update on the situation.

    We're still looking into the issue of RP earned during that timeframe, and as soon as we have anything to share we'll get the thread below updated as well.
