Match Summary freezes and crashes to error screen

Anytime i try to view any progression after a match, or view the stats of my last match from the lobby, the game shows a bunch of old rank ups and then freezes booting me to an error page that says:

There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again.

[UI] Index "1" is beyond array size of 1

i've been max level for awhile now if that helps.

Also i haven't had any News popups or anything to click on ingame to view the news for a few seasons now. Don't know if i need a separate bug report for that or not.
