So my account (this account) that I have used since 2016 and have mostly played apex legends and other ea games on Xbox. I recently got a gaming pc setup and can now play on pc, I tried to link my Steam account to my Xbox account so I could have all of my progress and skins and whatnot but a account that I don’t even know at all or ever had any relation to was linked to my account and when I tried to link my steam account which I have had for a long time too, it won’t let me. I have spent a lot of money and time on the Xbox account and would love to know how to fix this so I can play on pc with my Xbox account.

I tried and I cant get into a chat or a call with anyone.
There is just no chat option at all even when i try to put in a request under hacked account. Because I really have no idea what steam account was linked to my EA account and now i cant link the one thats actually mine.

What is happening when you hit the button for chat?

Try using the option for "I want to update my EA Account information".
When i open any article it shows me a picture of what the chat button should look like but when i go to make a request it doesn't show up anywhere
This is what it looks like under any article i cant see the chat button to get in contact with anyone about this issue.
Even under the hacked account help section.

Try creating a case without logging in. Let's see if the chat option shows up then.
That worked thank you. The person i chatted to though said shes going to escalate it so maybe they will help.
