My Legend has disappeared

Sorry to hear you ran into this.

If you still have your skins but only the starter Legends are available, that can sometimes point to an account or progress sync issue rather than everything being fully gone. A couple of things are worth checking first:

• Fully close the game and restart your system.
• Make sure you’re signed into the correct EA Account.
• If you play on more than one platform, double-check that the platform account is still linked to the same EA Account as before.
• Avoid unlinking and relinking anything unless you’re completely sure it’s the right account, since account-link changes can affect how progress appears.

If the Legends are still missing after checking that, it would be best to contact support through the webform so they can look more closely at the account and progress side.
