I haven’t been able to play Apex Legends for the past 2 days due to a critical bug. It is severely affecting my schedule since I stream this game. Please help me fix this.
[Bug Details]
When I enter the lobby, the level-up animation triggers repeatedly.
When I press the Match button, it gets stuck on "Party Not Ready" or "Preparing" and never progresses.In the top-left corner where the 3-player squad slots are, my own username is missing.
I have spent hours trying to troubleshoot this issue, but nothing has worked. This feels like an account-side or system-level error that I cannot fix on my end.
[Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken]
Switched and restarted network connections.Completely re-downloaded and re-installed the game data.
Switched to various overseas servers.
Signed out of my account and signed back in.
None of these resolved the issue.
I am completely locked out of playing. Please look into this as soon as possible.
