Ranked Challenges Reset

Have they fixed this yet? I' still haven't been able to play ranked because these challengers never stay completed they just keep resetting!

Same problem is happend at switch2 version.

It's a pain to have to go through the same challenge again.

 Please do something.

Issue:
While completing the “Path to Ranked” challenges, my progress keeps resetting after failing the Exam match.

Steps to Reproduce:

Complete stage 1 (Training Camp).
Complete stage 2 (Squad Training).
Start the Exam match (stage 3).
Lose the Exam.
All progress resets to 0/7 in stage 1.

Details:

First attempt: Completed stage 1, started stage 2, lost a match → stage 2 reset to 0, but stage 1 stayed completed.
Second attempt: Completed stage 2 again, reached Exam stage, lost match → all progress fully reset, including stage 1.
This happened multiple times, totaling around 11 hours of wasted progress.
One of the stage 1 tasks (“Ping at least 5 different enemies to learn their distance”) was unclear. I eventually managed to complete it, but I still don’t fully understand how it works. I thought it might involve using Bloodhound’s passive, scanning a survey beacon, and then pinging on the map — but I’m not sure if that’s correct. When pressing the middle mouse button, I don’t know which specific ping type the game expects, or if I need to scan first and then mark it on the map.

Expected Result:

Losing the Exam should not reset all completed stages.
Challenge instructions should clearly explain what actions are required.

Actual Result:

All progress is lost after losing the Exam match.

Request:
Please fix the progress reset bug and improve unclear challenge descriptions.

Every time I complete the road to ranked challenges they reset so I can’t play ranked. I would make another account but i already spent money on this account. If someone could fix this problem ASAP myself along with others would appreciate it.

I just fired up apex to check the new weekly challenges and it's bugged out for, my week 1 challenges are now apparently my week 2 challenges and I've lost progress. I completed 7 out of 10 and now it's saying I've only down 4/10 for week 2 even though I haven't played any matches yet.

Been Playing the Game for 3 Days,  having minor issues like disconnecting from server.

The first two challenges from Squad training are not progressing, despite me doing the necessary stuff at least 20 times by now.

Trying to check and repair the games files via steam resulted in the not finished Welcome Pass to completly vanish from all Tabs in the Main menu, multiple tracked challenges from the pass are also not to be found in the according tab.

How is this even Possible?

same with me, first two challnges of squad training are not progressing despite doing them multiple times, my welcome challnges pass is completly gone despite not finishing it 

When I do tasks for the ranked route, it reverts my progress to set 1. I do a 6/7 route set and when I do it, it immediately reverts my progress. Please help.
