The Daily Challenge in Legends Spotlight Pass won't Refresh Daily

The daily challenge, which requires playing a match as the specific Legend for a 2-point reward, is supposed to refresh every day alongside standard daily missions. This is an important way to reach level 20 without having to finish every single long-term mission.

However, there seems to be a bug with the refresh mechanics in Split 2. I have waited for two days, and the daily challenge simply will not refresh after being completed.
