Unable to purchase Apex Coins on PC

I seemed to dodge a lot of the menu issues people here were going through. Instead, for the past two days now, I haven't been able to purchase anything in game. The Steam payment window will pop-up, I'll click authorize, the window closes, my in-game balances will refresh for a few seconds, & then I'll see that the coins weren't added, the payment never actually went through, & my Steam wallet credit hasn't been deducted. I've tried resetting my router, closing and re-opening Apex, waiting lol, etc. Tried going through EA support who says it's a Steam issue but purchases on other games on the platform haven't been affected for me, only this game. Not sure who to contact or what else to do but hopefully it's not just me going through it.
