Unable to Requeue

Eveytime I return to lobby after a match, both with squad or solo queue, the game won’t allow me to requeue and play another game. The only temporary solution I have found is leaving my squad and getting invited again, or closing the application and reopening it. It’s been so long with this glitch and I need help fixing this
