Hi did you manage to fix this? I’m having the issue now but only started yesterday. I can also play on other accounts but if i try my main account, it just crashes straight away

Same thing happened to me 2 days ago, the game opens in other accounts but I can't play on my main account

Mine just started yesterday how do we fix this? I have well over 3k in money in this game and it won't let me play. I actually have time to make a masters run but its hard when I cant play. 

I only lost my controller settings.

Did this wipe your apex account?

the game was crashing,but it launched successfully after deleting my save date.

so will this actually work if i completely reset my console?

To fix it on ps5 if you can’t load the game and it keeps crashing the moment you open it: you will have to reset your console to new and add you stuff back on. I had this same problem and ended up fixing it last night

Same here man. Just started happening to me 3 days ago. Here’s the weird thing though. I made a new account on the same PS5 and i can play all day and night on that account. I don’t get it.
