Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

Already one thread with absolutely no attention from the right people. There is people reporting random bans for cheating while your EA support is saying they are correctly placed, well I'm here to tell you they are not. My appeal keeps getting the same massage over and over again. My account is gold 2 and I was playing mixtape to complete the battlepass, few days later trying to enter the game it says my account is banned completely random. No one is taking any action to review this situation seriously and people who spent hundreds of hours in this game are randomly banned with no further information. Its time someone from your team to wake up and review the situation more seriously, it's absolutely unacceptable in 2026 people get randomly banned for cheating because your anti-cheat is buggy and doesn't work as intended. WAKE UP
