Can’t link my ps4 acc to my steam acc for apex

I have tried multiple time to link them but cant.  Ea says the ps4 acc is already linked to a different acc that i have never seen or made how i dont know. But some how i can access the ps4 apex separately from steam on my pc. I need help on solving this issue.
