【REDSEC】Master rank players are displayed as "Unranked"

Symptoms:
When looking at a player's profile, their rank is displayed as "Unranked" even though they have Master rank badges or banners equipped.

This happens frequently on the profiles of Master rank players.

I am not sure if this is a bug or a glitch, but this might be the reason why Master rank players are getting matched into Rookie and Bronze lobbies to stomp on everyone.
