All my Multiplayer Progress is Reset to Level 1

Re-installed after a couple months of not playing, logged back into my EA account through the app and linked my steam account again (same friends list and all) just to find my progress on MP is completely gone; Back to lvl 1, Battlepass rewards gone, my LMGs are no longer maxed out and are all locked, stats reset to zero etc. 

Yes, I've already linked my PSN, Steam accounts and made sure they're the same one I used before I had uninstalled.

Anything im missing here???
