Black screen when loading into a match

Half the time I load into a match it black screen bugs and I have to restart the game. This is off your playlists. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I don't care if its a bug of punishment for backing out. The fact that its happening as I load into a match is your fault and makes it unplayable. Fix this please
