Brod 3 and pp-19 attachments locked even when past the unlock requirement

The brod 3 long suppresor at lvl. 37 is still locked and I am at lvl.40, so the attachment should already be unlocked, I have received the other attachments at lvls. 38-40. The same goes for the pp-19, the slim angled underbarrel grip is supposed to be unlocked at lvl. 12 and the pp-19 is at lvl. 14.
