I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

Own phantom edition. Paid for it in July. Sit in queue for 15 minutes and try to play but getting "purchase to unlock" on every mode. Have rebooted to PC and repaired the install. Nothing works.

Was so excited to play in one of the first multiplayer matches. Now just disappointed...

Same... I bought the Phantom Edition and downloaded everything in advance so I could play after work, but now I'm facing this problem!
