I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

Friends who purchased the game on Steam can play, but those who bought it through EA cannot. How is it possible to make such a serious mistake?

How can a launch like this be scheduled for a Friday? The game doesn’t work, and then everyone disappears for the weekend. Thank you for this failure
