Long and sad story put short, after waiting through the queue twice I loaded in to see that both multiplayer and campaign were unplayable as the game prompted me to download them. After verifying that I do indeed have both installed I am now back in the queue, hopefully one reset is all takes. More to follow soon I’m at 33k right now.

Update 1: Resetting does nothing going to try restoring licenses, I have a friend on pc who is going through the same thing having him verify file integrity
