I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

Same issue here, tried restarting the game and repairing but got the same message. Hopefully this is a glitch due to the high volume of players rushing in ? Are we expecting a fix ?
