Says multiplayer is not installed. But it is. Restarted computer and that didn't help.

Same, did the repair, client restart, and even confirmed my order is showing "Fulfilled" status in my EA account.

Being forced to sit in the queue before you can see settings or anything like that is the most annoying part of this. The annoying part is that all my friends on Steam are playing.
