Says multiplayer is not installed. But it is. Restarted computer and that didn't help.

Same. I have run the app as administrator and tried repairing files. When I go to uninstall it, it says something about losing bonus stuff and I'm worried that if I do uninstall, it will remove all the items and bonuses I received for doing the beta challenges.

Just uninstalling and re-installing at this point. Will argue with EA later over missing pre-order content and beta content.
