I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

I own the Phantom Edition (PC), so everything should be included. I preloaded the game. The game started. But when I want to play anything - multiplayer, singleplayer - it asks me to install (purchase) the game files.
The EA app says that everything is installed. I ran the repair. That didn't help.
Edit: The Windows account I am playing the game with has no Administrator permissions by default. Just in case its a permission problem where the game files are installed with Administrator privileges.
You are not alone, it seems that everyone has this issue on EA. This game is made by EA and they can't get the game to have the multiplayer and singleplayer game files to be recognized
I have the same issue.
But my friend using EA, and he doesn't have this problem.
