I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

how many of you are on steam? I hear this is only a problem on the EA app so i'm likely to refund it shortly and try through steam.

I restarted the game, exited, verified files, restarted EA app, all the usual common sense things - and I still get the error message saying I haven't purchased the game. The store also says I haven't purchased the Phantom Edition but my purchase history has verified payment received etc.
same message here, when i click to check installed modules i cant check any boxes as they all say purchase to play/!! wtaf
