I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

Same. Purchased through EA app. Installed yesterday. Logged in and got through the queue. Says I own the phantom edition. Try to play any mode of game and it says I do not own it.
