I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

I am also having the same issue. Purchased the Phantom edition via EA app, and pre-loaded. It seems all of us have purchased the Phantom edition via the EA app. Coincidence?
