I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

Same here, good thing it is still in beta. Restarted couple of times, repaired files. No solution.

So:
Congrats EA on another botched launch! Nothing more frustrating than a positive BF-labs experience and then being faced with this as a reality. It's just so mediocre.
