I launch the game, make it past the queue and when I try to launch any mode it says its not installed. But it is fully installed. PC EA app.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Restarted both the game and my computer. It still says the same. Telling me I have to have a subscription on PC in order to install the content.
