I own the Phantom Edition (PC), so everything should be included. I preloaded the game. The game started. But when I want to play anything - multiplayer, singleplayer - it asks me to install (purchase) the game files.
The EA app says that everything is installed. I ran the repair. That didn't help.
Edit: The Windows account I am playing the game with has no Administrator permissions by default. Just in case its a permission problem where the game files are installed with Administrator privileges.
Same here, I preloaded the game and when I loaded the game up it claims I don’t have neither the multiplayer or single player installed and I even reinstalled everything to ensure it was correctly downloaded but still nothing… bums me out I was really excited to get on this morning
